Project Summary

Clinuvel is a global specialty pharmaceutical group focused on developing and commercialising treatments for patients with genetic, metabolic, systemic, and life-threatening, acute disorders, as well as healthcare solutions for the general population.

Problem Statement

Clinuvel faced a significant hurdle in overseeing the maintenance of multiple websites, especially implementing new features on the main Clinuvel website and its subdomains. The hierarchical structure of the Clinuvel office necessitated approvals from the administration for any new feature or bug fix implementation. This added layer of complexity demanded a strategic approach to streamline the process.

Our Approach

We embraced the challenge, recognizing the need for a solution that balanced hierarchy with efficiency.
