Hi, I’m Dan Khan — a senior software consultant, startup ally, and founder-friendly partner with over 20 years of cross-industry experience. I specialize in bridging the gap between strategy and execution.

From network infrastructure and enterprise IT to full-stack software and digital growth, I’ve lived through the cycles most startups are just entering. At 21, I was one of the youngest Senior Technical Specialists at CIBC. Since then, I've worked with giants like HP, Cisco, Siemens, and led boutique consulting agencies including Symplex Consulting and Alfa Web Shop, tailor-built to match my diverse skillset.

Today, I help early-stage companies avoid costly detours by designing systems, products, and digital funnels that just work. Fast.

Co-Op at Siemens

First exposure to enterprise-grade innovation. Supported Wi-Fi division; learned scalability and standards early.

2005 – 2012

HP, Cisco, TCS

Network admin, server specialist, and IT ops lead. Developed the ability to diagnose and solve real issues fast.

2012 – 2019

Senior Technical Specialist @ CIBC

Led mission-critical initiatives in one of Canada’s top banks. At Level 7 while most peers were still junior engineers.

2015 – Present

Founder, Symplex & Alfa Web Shop

Built boutique dev shops for startups and digital agencies. Launched 30+ projects including apps, SaaS tools, eCommerce, and internal systems. Managed hybrid teams, devs, and marketing funnels end-to-end.
